Sky Princess Buffet service question

[Cruise till you drop]

Last January on Caribbean Princess, all buffets were served by staff (no self service allowed).

 

We will be on the Sky Princess next week.  Are they back to self service or still being served by staff ?

Yes everything is self-service in the buffet on the sky.

Yep!  Now all you have to worry about is people that pick up all the finger-type foods, look at them and then put it back! 😄

Not a fan of the trough, why not use the dining rooms and slow down into your holiday.

Only because the dining room can be extremely slow (2 hours) on some ships and if you're in a rush to attend some show it provides a much faster meal. 

In our past cruises we haven't seen that many people abusing the health protocols at the buffet.

I have experienced such behaviors on Carnival but never on Princess and Celebrity

Because It is our holiday and don't like to be limited to one dining venue. Because sometimes the dining room times don't match our day and because we like to avoid the judgemental cruisers who refer to the buffet as the trough.

Because the lunch menu in the MDR is limited and unappealing.
