I saw this was offered last year but cannot find anything other then cc member’s post about it for this year.

HAL runs promotions with "reductions" on some cruises, never at par though. Would be quite a deal if Princess had any at par....

Better than this typical offer is when HAL does a promo with CND discounted even more.  This seemed to happen once or twice a year in the past.  One thing to watch is the exchange rate and HAL's exchange rate. You can pre-purchase OBC and pay gratuities plus buy specialty dining, shorex, etc and save a lot if HAL's rate is better.  We did this last  when HAL's rate was 1.26 and our credit card was 1.37

someone has mentioned Princess will be having at PAR again this spring, as they did in 2022, but I have not got the email they received.

yes only on certain sailings in certain categories

but it is pretty much all inclusive   so that it why they are more $$$ than main stream lines
