We received them on the 2/4 Anthem cruise.  Also used our Diamond voucher leftovers for water each night if we needed it.

I believe I requested water and cookies as my welcome gift when I became eligible and have never changed it, so I always have water and cookies in my room when I arrive.

Emerald and above automatically get water. The number of bottles varies.

 

If you don’t select a welcome amenity,  which starts at Diamond, then you get (more) water. 
 

Emerald and above automatically get cookies 🍪- it is not anything you select.

We're D+ and get 6 bottles and cookies.  When we had canned mineral on Jewel last fall, we got 4 I think but we didn't drink those as we don't like mineral water.   Jewel had just returned from Europe and were using up their stock of canned.

Where do you request the welcome gift? We are Diamond because of being Elite on Celebrity.

The last time we were on Royal was the first time we were Diamond (also via Celebrity), we didn't get anything.

We have another Royal cruise coming up.  How do we make sure we get our water?
