Yes I tried the search function.  Could not find the long running Concierge thread.  If anyone knows the current Adventure Suite Concierge and/or the email for them, please let me know.  thanks!

The last I knew the format was xx_concierge01 where xx is the two character ship code. Followed by @rccl.com.

If you're booked in a suite, the concierge will email you a week or so before the cruise

Hi Bandit, yep, I know they will.  However, it has been hit or miss on whether we get it or not. Seems to happen about 50% of the time and it's been the same email for 23 years. 🙂

  Wanted to have it handy in case I need to reach out to them.  I'm guessing Adventure's code is AD.

We always get a email from concierge about 5 days before sailing. For grand suites and above

As stated, yes we normally get the email. We always sail in GS.  But I like having it for the times that I don't get it.  Last cruise on Harmony, not only did I never get it but when I emailed them and asked them to forward it, they replied to me but I still never got the forwarded email.  So.....hence the request. 🙂  I'll plan on AD_concierge@rccl.com.  Have a few more weeks but like being prepared.
