Checked in - Have Xpress Pass, when do we get luggage tags?

This is my first Celebrity cruise. We checked in today, received our Xpress passes, but luggage tags are still "pending" - when do those become available?

 

Here's what I see:

You do not need luggage tags to get on the ship , they can put one one at the port 

and there are ton of post that will tell you they are on the last page of your edocs when they become available 

There could be a problem and never get your edocs 😉

Your E documents should be available about 30 days before your sail date. You can print your luggage tags from that, usually next to last page. No need to print the other pages at all.

Your luggage tag will be on the back of your electronic documents on or about 30 days from sailing. You’ll need to make color copies. Another option is to wait till port & have the porters tag your bag

Not true. B&W works as well.

We are on the June 4th Equinox cruise and out luggage tags were available to print on May 3rd.

I agree that you don't have to print out all the pages of the fine print, but you should look at it.

 

  I would also recommend writing down the phone number of the embarkation terminal and/or Pier Agent in case you are delayed in arriving for your cruise.  It does help the folks at the terminal, if they know that you are running late, but on your way.  They may be able to delay until the last minute the removal of the gangway (in order to give you every chance of getting on the ship).

Suggestion : Don't give it another minute of thought---The Porters at the dock will put them on for you.

If I may ? Another " suggestion " because it's your first Celebrity cruise:

Don't get " hung up " on some of the negative posts on CC regarding "food" in particular--- 

We have always found the food ----and service excellent.
