Email Payoff Reminder

Seems I used to get email reminders when a payoff was nearly due.

 

I owe a payoff early next week but haven't gotten a reminder.

Sometimes it goes to your TA, if you booked through one.  I have been getting them on all of my cruises for quite a while now.

Ahhhh! This sailing was booked with a TA.  I've started using a TA since she (and 119 other) RCCL CVP's were given the boot.

Presumably they did, otherwise they wouldn’t know it was due.

I got a  reminder from RC about 3 weeks before final payment due date.

I paid it a week later on line and got a confirmation email about an hour later.

I booked direct with RC and didnt use a travel agent for this cruise.

I always set a reminder to myself on my daily planner to pay off upcoming cruise the day after statement date with my CC.  That way they carry it one more month until I pay it off.  😉

Usually my TA required final payments some 10 days before Royal.

I've got a spreadsheet with payoff dates/amounts.  I won't miss any of them.

 

I was just curious why I'm not getting reminders.  I think MM nailed the answer
