Well as I read the menu, I states that it is a tasting menu for Northern and Southern 

Italy. So I agree with Anne Marie.

Note that the photo of the menu is of a video screen.  Highly likely that there are other "pages" that scroll through showing the rest of the menu.

That page is clearly headed "tasting menus."  There will be a second ala carte page.  Smart move though, as it suggests non-AI wine accompaniments.

They had a special menu last night so don't worry this is all they have but here were some of the items.  When we talk about returning crew this is another example.  Chef Alfred has been a member of Crystal for many years and was the lead chef of Prego.

 

Paolo everyone should know.

Breakfast.  As I see photos I think back to all those memorable discussions that new owners meant major changes to the product. These photos say that was incorrect.  A reminder taking many things from classic Crystal add adding new things. This works for me.

I wanted to add a few comments about the new lounge.

 

It will also be used for people to go to before tours and debarkation. This will be easier for people than gong to Stardust as it puts them closer to the buses and the tender landing and when they debark the ship when the cruise ends.
