Jewel - Entertainment Reservations

Recommended Posts

We're leaving Vancouver on Sept. 4 on the Jewel. I've seen videos where people talk about making reservations for the shows/entertainment as soon as they board the ship.  The entertainment currently shown on NCL's website is Le Cirque Bijou, Rock You Tonight, and Velvet. Do we need to make reservations to see these shows?  Where can I find a schedule of showtimes?

I don’t think they take reservations on that class of ships, just walk on in.

No need to make reservations.  The doors to the theater open 30 minutes prior to showtime.  Just go in and pick any seat you wish.  Depending on the show, you might not want to sit in the front two rows.

Early shows are either 7:00 P.M. or 7:30 P.M.  Late shows 9:00 P.M. or 9:30 P.M.

Your Freestyle Daily ( free daily newsletter found in cabin) will list all the days' activities, locations and times.

Enjoy your cruise.  The Jewel is a wonderul ship with a great staff.

Thank you for the information.   We will be on the Jewel next month and it will be our first experience with a NCL smaller ship.

Does anyone know what will replace "Jewel" after September 11, 2023?

Thanks for your info.

What makes you think anything is happening to The Jewel?  According to the website Her last Alaskan cruise is the 25th of September to the 2nd of October.  On the 3rd of October She will begin Her Transpacific Cruise from Seattle.  She'll be back in Vancouver in April for Her 2024 Alaskan Season.

Did you mean the "VELVET " show ?

Beginning September 11th, 2023, Velvet will no longer be offered.

Probably nothing ...
