Which iOS app allows you to make landline calls to us

Currently on premium plan and need to make calls to us landline but WiFi calling on apple does not work. Are there any other options?

if the other person you are contacting has facebook or whatsapp, the calling feature in that app MIGHT work

I think it is $1.99/minute to use the phone in the cabin.

They used to allow it, I've used it a number of times. Just straight wifi calls from an iPhone without an app. For whatever reason, they block it now.

I have used wi-fi calling on both our IOS devices. Had to be allowed by our home service. We use Verizon on them.

You might have to resort to the cabin phone.  I think it's still $1.99 a minute.

My son used whatsapp on our last two cruises.  The last one this past August on Pride.  He has no issues calling his friends back home using this app and we didn't see a spike in our cell phone bill.  You do need to pay for wifi on-board to use the app.  Hope this helps.

We used Facebook messenger calls with the social plan. Even did video calls.
