Distilled Water

Good morning all-

 

As a new CPAP user, and frequent cruiser, I'm wondering about the availability of distilled water for use in CPAP machine.

 

Hoping there are other CPAP users who can let me know.

Chase down your room steward and ask for a bottle. Their number will be on your stateroom TV. Or Housekeeping on your stateroom phone. I have nearly zero luck with pre orders. 
 

Less mineral build up if you use distilled water. If I am traveling (including cruises) I normally just use tap water and replace daily. 
 

BUT,,, there is no power near the bed in most NCL cabins. So bring along a light weight extension cord (paying attention to whether you need a grounded plug). I carry a 6’ and 12’ board which works in almost all NCL cabin configurations.

I emailed access@ncl.com.  They responded and said NCL would provide the water, and I could pick it up at Guest Services. They also said to bring a 6" extension cord.

I would bring a 6 foot cord, I don't think the 6 inch cord will be long enough.  😉

i also bring magnet hooks to attach to the ceiling to run the cord from the bed to desk

Keep in mind the power cord can't be a surge protector.

Or, the room stewards are happy to tape the extension cord down for safety.

been on 2 NCL cruises in last year and distilled water was supplied upon request
