If you get time can you tell me if in the Bake Shop do they offer any sugar free or no sugar added desserts?  I would assume no but you never know 🤷‍♀️ I know there's plenty options to be had in other places I'm just curious.  Thank you in advance! 

When sailing on Celebrity in Cafe Al Bacio they had the most delicious no sugar added cookies. Especially the Peanut Butter ones🤤. I think they kept that jar full just for me I was so addicted 🤣

Just got off the Epic. Had unlimited Internet. Never ran a speed test, but videos and TV shows streamed perfectly without any latency. Who cares what the speed 9s when that happens. People running speed tests are just looking for reasons to complain.

 Had a nice breakfast in Taste this morning. I asked for some extra hollandaise for my eggs. 

 

 Not sure if the half and half is new but it’s the first time I have seen it.

We took the latitudes behind the scene tour. As everyone knows Six is officially gone, they were packing up all the costumes to ship back to NY.
  There is a new Cabaret show starting in the Spiegel tent this week. They aren’t aware of what if anything will replace Six. 
  It’s always interesting to tour the laundry and the galley. They even gave us warm chocolate croissants and cookies.

The monte cristo at lunch is something new to us. It was really good. I also had the weeding soup and hummus to start. The ending was tiramisu. Just to note they also had lava cake, at lunch!

 Also remember to ask for bread, they don’t seem to bring it automatically anymore.

Just a note. 4:30 and our room hasn’t been cleaned yet. I know it’s a 3rd world problem but the once a day service doesn’t work well. Skipped a nap in the room since I assumed he’d come during that time.

Had a little late afternoon snack since we have a later dinner.  
  I know most people don’t like the baked wings. But they were well sauced and fall apart tender. 
   The coney dog wasn’t bad, they actually used too much bacon though, I never knew that was possible.

Just a small request, when posting pictures of food, label the pictures as it isn't all clear what the item.

A question, I saw on the menu a taco salad.  Does it come in a bowl or not?  I've seen some venues serving a taco salad without the bowl.
