You can get things your way in the Galley. 

 

The burgers and tacos are not the "pre-made boxed options" to which he was referring. Those items are things like sushi, salads, charcuterie, some sandwiches, wraps, things like that that are available boxed to be taken anywhere on the ship if you don't want to stay and wait for a burger, tacos, ramen, panini, salad bar, whatever else.

That sounds like my wife. She never eats a burger on a bun.  
 

We went to one place where I ordered a burger, and she ordered one without the bun. Same type.  They charged extra for one without a bun. 🤷 Must have been a special order in their system. 

 

After that, she just ordered with, then threw the bun away.

I lived in Ft. Lauderdale in the late '60's.  My apartment was one block over from E. Las Olas, and one block up from A1A.  The Elbow Room was one of my daytime hangouts.  I'm glad you had fun there!

The Wake was equivalent to Chops on RC for me.  Bonus that no specialty dining or up charge is necessary.  Food was just as good - I think steak was better than Chops.

Pre-made boxed options.  I liked these as grab & go.

 

All The Galley (food court) options on Resilient Lady.  I am sure the options are very similar on Scarlet Lady.
