No refund of port fees and taxes for no-show?

This would make since to me. If you pay $100.00 for your cabin and don't show or gamble that would cost somebody, whether it's the casino or the cruise line.

I think what we are debating are two different beasts. It makes sense that casino deals have their own special T&C. I have never seen the T&C for casino deals because the only gambling I do is the free 25 dollar platinum fun play. So in a sense maybe everyone here is correct for their particular sailing having fees eat out of the Port fee refund if they had booked a casino deal.

Casino bookings have the same T&C as any sailing.

In my case, I was charged a $100 cancellation penalty, which was subtracted from the refund of taxes and fees.  I received taxes and port fees minus $100.

Yep! I just did a no show in Feb and got my port fees and taxes returned to me.

I had a no-show on my booking last month, and sailed alone.  Port taxes and fees were refunded to my onboard account.

That works for me also. Truth is they don't usually ask any way. Was your booking regular fare or was it a casino deal? Regular bookings should get the Port fees refunded but the water gets muddy when it comes to casino rates. They have special terms and condititions which I am not privy to.
