Docking in Naples Italy....how long to walk off the ship

We are scheduled to meet our tour guide outside the terminal.  We are docking with Carnival Legend.  How long will it take us to walk from the atrium to outside the terminal in Naples?  We are kind of slow walkers.  We will not be stopping for photos at the gangplank.  Thanks.

A bit of a misconception. Not all, or even most, of ship's excursions are leaving in that first 20 or 30 minutes. They can be spread over several hours, or sometimes even longer.

If you are docking,  yes, it will be congested getting off in the first 20 ir 30 minutes. But exclusively blaming it on ship's excursions is over cooking it. Lots of independent travelers are also getting off. But it's not difficult to get off in that first 30 minutes.

I'll agree with CruiserBruce here.  In Europe, unless tendering, I have never been held back from leaving the ship while waiting for the excursions to leave the ship.  In fact, I'm often one of the first 20 people off the ship.  I watch from an upper deck as they set up the exit ramps and safety rails and such and then once they are just about done with that, I head down to the gangway.  I'm often down there shortly before, or just after, they announce that you may go ashore. Most of the time, excursions are still gathering in the theatre at that point.

In Naples in particular, I did find the walk from ship to terminal exit to be a little longer than some stops.  They make you walk thru a fairly large shopping mall of sorts before you can get to the street.  But still, it is no more than the 10-15 minutes advised above for the casual walker.  Maybe even less.
