I see you've been to Secret Harbor, we're considering going there. Would you recommend it? Are there chairs for use there? I know there is a restaurant there, is it possible to purchase food, then bring it to where you are sitting on the beach?

TIA!

Here is Coki Beach, very beautiful and calm waters.

Here is another view of Coki Beach from Coral World.

This looked like a great secluded beach. We saw this as we were leaving from St. Thomas.

Bishop that last pic is of Honeymoon Beach on Water Island.

Scott

Hey Scott, Thanks for the information, I have been wondering what beach it was. I knew someone on CC would know. I just might have to check it out in person sometime.

Our snorkel guide found the shell (of course):) Still so cool.

As far as Secret Harbor goes, I am going to be no help at all. We went with an excursion (3 snorkel tour with Homer) and we went, and snorkeled and left. There is a "convenience" store there. If I look at my pics there look to be tables and chairs but We didn't stay on shore at all so I can't help.

We are thinking there is a small restaurant but not sure. Sorry

Great underwater pictures! What camera did you use?

Thanks!

For those particular pictures I used an Olympus C5050 with a PT-015 underwater housing, but there are a number of point and shoot digital underwater cameras these days that we take and use while snorkeling on St. John - namely the Olympus Stylus Tough 8010 and the Canon PowerShot D10.

Oh my gosh, this is going to be hard. We went to Sapphire Beach and didn't want to leave that day.

I just love this picture for some reason. There was hardly anyone there at all when we arrived and it never did get too crowded.

We snorkeled probably about 95% of the time there, only stopping to get something to drink and once when the Iguanas came out to play.

They were HUGE and every where. :D

There were 4 cruise ships there that day with 3 of them being the biggest cruise ships: Oasis, Epic and Dream.

I have TONS of snorkeling pictures and other pictures from that day. Way too many to post and it's SO HARD to choose.
