This is from way back so I am not sure if these menus have changed at all....but this is all I have found so far!

If anyone knows if they have changed please post...we're booked for Silk Harvest & Tuscan in just a few weeks!!!

We found it great fun to team up with others (our table of 8) and have the wait staff bring out a variety of dishes served family style.

To us, the regular Silk Harvest menu was not very exciting. We love to try different foods and they had nothing unusual. The best (and unusual) was an ice cream dessert covered in some kind of bean curd. Sounded awful but was beautiful and tasted wonderful. It was our table's favorite.

Loved all your pictures of the Solstice. We are on the Equinox in January and you just made our anticipation more intense. Thank you.

Sherry,

Here's the link to the sample menu on Celebrity's site:

It was the only restaurant we didn't sample on Solstice. We needed more time and we kept wishing it was open for lunch. We'll definitely try it on Equinox.

We did not try it either, but have it booked as well for November.

No! What new name and manu?

I can't say very much other than "supposedly" named after Jacques Van Staden, made much larger, and a menu like no other specialty restaurant at sea.
