No sorry. I only dealt with him for the cabana. I spent my time in the DL as we had friends that could only go in there.

I read where Verdine was the DL........not sure if it is a man or woman..........thought woman,but looked up the name and it seems to be a man's name.....

We were on the Freedom of the Seas 2/19/12 sailing. It was Verdine's (female) first week in the Diamond Lounge and she did a fantastic job. She handled a couple of issues for us and did some extra special things for us as it was our 32nd anniversary.
We're Diamond+ but spent every evening in the Diamond Lounge versus the Concierge lounge, mostly due to her and fellow guests. I think her assignment is temporary as she is providing vacation coverage. We gave her a wow card and noted on the guest comment survey that she should be considered for the next permanent opening.
