Yes, she was nice, unfortunately she was out sick for like 3 days in the middle of our cruise. We had someone from guest services fill in. Hayley would make rounds during the evening. She was pleasant and was able to do whatever request (s) we had.

Is there another one I could use. Thanks for your help.

That's encouraging! I didn't like the D concierge we had last time on the Oasis, so hopefully Hayley's still around in May.

She was fine. However we have our favorite from the Liberty. Perhaps it is like anything else the first is always special. :D We have kept in touch with herover the years, so sometimes I find myself comparing others to Oana.

We just returned from Mariner and found Luca to be quite delightful. He was very attentive, circulating around the lounge every night. He also gave me ice show tickets for my 5 year old GD and her parents who had missed getting tickets and were in an inside cabin. He is from Rome and showed me some pictures of his favorite Med destination, Sardinia. He was also quite generous with the drinks....if you know what I mean!

GR finishes TransAtlantic on May 1 and then has the revitalization dry dock. Next cruise after that is May 31 from BCN to VCE. I'd bet he'll begin on GR sometime during the drydock to set things up his way.

 

Just a guess, but I'm reasonably confident.
