I like the frozen Mojito

A CC friend got me hooked on BBC's on the Grandeur last March. Very yummy!!!!

Recently on the Allure there was a tasting of various liquors. I tried the Sheridan's coffee liqueur and it prompted me to buy 2 bottles.

Recently on the Allure there was a tasting of various liquors. I tried the Sheridan's coffee liqueur and it prompted me to buy 2 bottles.

The Sheridan's and the Amarula both caught me a year ago on our cruise...can't wait for March to get some more!

Drink what you like....I prefer a nice vodka tonic!

we leave this weekend on the Allure. For the first time we bought the premium drink package. Since I don't have to worry about busting the budget I really want to try a bunch of different drinks. Loving these recommendations! Keep 'em coming.

What is a BBC?

What is the BBC? I had a friend on a cruise recently and he ordered the BBC. I was expecting a manly drink to show up and wha la - a drink with whipped cream showed up instead. He told me what it was but I already forgot (too many dirty banana's!). But I want to try on my upcoming cruise.

I also love Chocolate Martini's

If it's really hot, try a Lifesaver. They are awesome..

Shake with crushed ice, then pour over block ice in a tall glass!

At night, try a Mudslide! Yummo!

BBC is a favorite on RCCL. It is Bailey's banana colada. Here is a recipe that may or may not be what they use on the ship.

I usually only have a drink (or two!) before dinner, so for me it is a Cosmopolitan!:D

The recipe varies slightly I believe, but here are the basics:

0.75 oz Rum

0.75 oz Bourbon

0.75 oz Vodka

0.75 oz Tequila

0.75 oz Scotch

0.75 oz Brandy

2 oz Orange Juice

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1 dash Grenadine

Tatest NOTHING like alcohol, just a delicious fruity drink. You will feel great after :D

Chocolate Martini and at the Schooner Bar or a Blue Hawaiian (aka Hawaiian Iced Tea).

Try the Winston. (Cognac Croizet 1858 Cuvee Leonie, part Grand Marnier Quintessence, part Chartreuse Viellissement Exceptionellement Prolonge, with a splash of Angostura bitters.)

Oh My Goodness!!!! I do love a fruity drink! That drink sounds like a prefect end to a day of walking - my knees won't hurt after that drink!!!!
