Listening to the people boarding passengers. They were just telling each other that Penthouse 7036 had arrived. Do they roll out a red carpet or something when the penthouse guests arrive?:D

Uh, oh! They just said a couple left their passports at home. I always do a check in the car before leaving and pull out my passport and credit card. Can't imagine getting to the ship and not having what you needed to board.

They don't roll out the red carpet but they do escort you on. I'm back in the terminal using free internet and I think I heard that info about the couple. I think I heard something about a marraige certificate to get on the ship.

You can watch me sail away again. I'm on the 7 th deck, 2 staterooms ahead of the mid ship elevators. I did not ask for a close up. I have a dinner ressie at 5:30 so I might be gone if we don't sail away before then. I'm wearing a green shirt.

I've just heard that there are still 541 people to board. The rep told me that's a lot considering the time.

no red carpet, but I remember when we had our upsell to the PS on Zuiderdam years ago. The comment I got was 'we have been waiting for you". I was kind of baffled by that. Other than the escort with my friends it was no biggie.

Cruz chic will be watching for you. Hope they do some kind of close up so we can spot you (know you didn't order it)

Hi All

I have recently gotten into watching the sailaways--great fun. We go on the NA next march. Anyway, I have been reading the threads during sailaways and many of you say you can hear the horns/conversations. I have tried every audio setting I can find--on my PC, for each PTZ, etc,--but I don't have any sound. What am I doing wrong?

And how do you schedule a wave???

Thanks

ML

assuming your computer is on for volume and not muted, look up above where the volume is on the webcam, it may be muted by accident.

Scheduling a wave, easy, tab down to the bottom of the page and you will see Request a wave, just fill in the form and it's done. easy :)

Let us know if I'm not making sense and someone who has better instructions will help.

Nice to see you here :)

As Kazu said - but also check your own speakers. Might be turned off?

And when you have both cams with sound, you need to mute one of them to eliminate echo.

yep, all of the volume controls (my PC and the cameras) are unmuted (is that a word??) and on max volume. I can't figure out what else I can control--any other thoughts? It must be something simple but obscure. I get sound for everything else i do.

thx
