Ok. Call me stupid, but i finally have to ask. Is there a listing somewhere of common abbreviations used here? I keep seeing DD, DH, etc. and i assumed that was some abbreviation for daughter, husband, etc. But am no longer sure. Help please.

I wouldn't know. I confine my cruise forum trolling here.

That's what makes the internet so special. I get to troll multiple forums all at the same time.

They don't teach those terms in med school?

I'll put in a request to the curriculum committee for this change

Anyone notice that while there is a "dear" option for sons and daughters in law (DDIL, DSIL) it's always just MIL, never DMIL??[emoji57]

Maybe you can get them to include caring for cruise ship passengers - aka Dr. Adam Bricker.
