When does the new expanded menu go fleet-wide?

I don't think there has been any announcement of this yet.

Does anyone a copy of the menu?

You mean they still haven't gone fleet wide with the new menu? I'm sure it's been on Summit now for almost a year hasn't it?

I will be on Summit on Saturday. Will try to remember to take a picture of the menu. Favorite place for embarkation lunch.

The menu looks promising. ..so much better than the original one.

I look forward to trying it...hopefully the dishes are prepared with some degree of finesse.

The clan chowder was very good served in a fresh bread bowl. Except for the embarkation day, it was empty every time we ate there (three times total).

Just got off the. reflection yesterday, we had lunch there one day, seemed to be the same menu, as an FYI you must try the Italian crepe, bananas, Nutella and pistachios OMG so Amazing!

Believe it is $7 now.

I had the pork ribs on our recent cruise. They were tasty but not the fall off the bone ribs I was hoping for :(. The mac and cheese was good as was the slaw.

DH had the salmon and said it was very good.

Still, it was a nice quiet place to have lunch and certainly worth the $7 up charge.

Thanks for sharing the new menu.I love clam chowder and order it whenever I see it on a menu. Many different recipes for this soup.Also like the variety beyond crepes and sandwiches on the new menu.

Love the tucked away location of Bristo on the Constellation.

Will be doing a lunch there on our next cruise.

The menu looks wonderful....can't believe they serve Escargot every day. I know where some of my OBC will be spent. :D We love eating there...so much quieter than the buffet.

Wow...after looking closer at this "new" menu (which BTW was not on Connie last week), I see they will have my salad on Tuesday! Now I'm excited (at least for Tuesdays)!

I like the French onion,escargot and crème brulee offerings. 3 of my favorite things all in the same place. Awesome!! Going on Summit May 31 and I know where I will be having some of my meals. You made my day.
