Those are pretty bad. Our steward last week said she wasn't good at making them, but her assistant was so she had him make the complicated ones. Sounds like your steward needed to ask for some help.

Oh my! Those are pathetic. Time for towel animal refresher course for that steward.

Well I think some of those were recognizable.... last week we had one that I thought was a seal or the Loch Ness Monster, and my cabin mate said it was a swan.....

Ok, so I have to appreciate how difficult this really is to do. I bought the book and my steward personally taught me a few. Not as easy as you may think. BUT I'm not paid to do it as part of my job...Someone needs to go back to class. Because in one day of trying to make them I could do better than most of those. Jeesh!

The second one reminded me of my dustbuster....

Darn I believe I could toss a wet towel in the corner and do better than that. I love the comment that says it looks like a dustbuster:D

LOL i had a cabin steward who just moved the head from one cabin to the next, kept the same body all week.

One night he forgot our head, me who had a few drinks in caught him in the hall and said " someone decapitated our towel animal but we don't have its head, someone left with it when they did the deed"He looked mordfid.

Our steward on our last cruise wasn't the greatest at making towel animals...but geez, not that bad!

Pathetic! On our last Fasciantion cruise, we had much better towel animals, but they were all blind. None had eyes. I hope this is not going to be a universal problem, they have that great towel animal show, these would never have been on stage.:(

Now that is funny! May have to start bringing my own "eyes" on board. Very traumatizing to walk into cabin and see a blind towel animal!

These are the ones I made, learned them on the ship. Dog , Eskimo, and elephant

Ours were doomed to be blind also but our room steward had showed us how he had taken an old Fun Times and cut it into circles "to make sure the kids had eyes on their towels" such a sweet guy who truly loved his job!!
