  1. That's so odd. I always have problems if I log into the site without an Incognito, but never with one. I'm sorry you're having problems. I guess you've tried deleting your cookies?
  2. Use an InPrivate or Incognito window to acces rhe X site always!
  3. Did you call it to anyone's attention?🤞
  4. The item you posted the link to is entirely different than one they provide. The one they provide is not multi outlet and most importantly doesn't have a third prong. The one you pictured may be a fire hazard and you could be endangering everyone on the ship. If you have a cleanliness issue, it would be better to carry sanitizing wipes and just wipe down the ship provided cord if that would make you comfortable. The cord doesn't plug into any part of the cpap that comes into contact with your face. All it does is provide power to your machine.
  5. That is likely to be confiscated. Why not just use the cord that the ship will happily provide and not take a risk of causing a fire?
  6. It depends of the ship, the weather, the climate you're sailing in and the Captain's discretion. It will be posted in your Celebrity Today and sometimes with signage.
  7. Your room steward will provide a cord and run it to the bed and tape it down to avoid a tripping issue. He/she will also provide you with distilled water if you need it.
  8. We travel with 2 phones, 2 kindles, 2 tablets and a smart watch and sometimes a computer. The multip-port hub (6 USB ports) does the trick. Everything doesn't have to charge simultaneously and we never have an issue keeping all the electronics up and running smoothly.
  9. I've always gotten quick response using this info. The CEO has changed but perhaps the Jennifer Morales contact would be very helpful. https://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/celebrity-cruises/
  10. Whenever I have had these issues with the X site in the past I just open an Incognito window and it works fine. I now only access the X site that way and haven't had a problem in years. (I hope I didn't just jinx myself!!!)
  11. Absolutely! The USB hub I use is okay for use with either 110v or 22v, that's why I'm able to use it with an adapter and don't need a converter.
  12. I take an adapter purchased on Amazon to use the European plug at the desk and then plug in a multi-port USB hub also purchased there to charge all our devices and keep the US plugs free. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FJWLLDB/ref=syn_sd_onsite_desktop_0?ie=UTF8&th=1 This is a link to the adapter. The multiport USB I purchased several years ago and that particular one is no longer offered but there are many others available. Just be sure it's not surge protected. Most aren't.
  13. On embarkation day go to any specialty restaurant and you can make all your reservations for any of the specialty restaurants. We usually go directly to Murano which is on Deck 5 Aft.
  14. No, You can opt into Go Green and have only one cleaning daily, but even with that they still do a nightly turn down. If you opt in you get 1 extra night worth of Captains Club points for your cruise.
  15. They combined it with the pre-cruise saving for me without and issue, and also combined it with the flash sale price when I called and asked.
  16. We had AI included in out booking. I had upgraded my WIFI prior to the flash sale and they applied my 30% booking. During the recent "Flash Sale" I checked our cruise planner and see that the WIFI offerings for sale only offer the premium WIFI. When I figured the upgrade price with the 30% discount it came to about $40 less than what I'd already paid to upgrade. I called Captains Club and asked if I should cancel my previous upgrade and re-purchase at the lower price or if they'd refund the difference. After a brief hold, they came back and gave me OBC for the difference.
  17. Same to you. Just remember if it's not there when you get on board don't panic. Just ask your room attendant on embarkation and it will be promptly supplied. Happy sails and smooth seas.
  18. This is the Celebrity board.are you sailing with Princess or Celebrity?
  19. Definitely ask your stateroom attendant to bring, and tape down the extension cord to alleviate the tripping risk. They will also bring you distilled water for his machine.
  20. Celebrity's production shows aren't "Broadway" type. They are shows that the cruise line has produced with music that's known and thin on plots. Some of the costumes are well done, others...meh. Some ship entertainment staff is quite talented, some not so much. There's nothing that you'd recognize unless you've sailed on X ships before. If you have, then you quite likely have seen them before because they haven't changed in way too many years.
  21. Elite benefit is either 90 free minutes or 30% discount. You can apply the discount to upgrade from basic to premium also. Each elite member gets those. You don't both have to do the same choice.
  22. Yes. Just log out of the Premium minutes when you're done or they will continue to run until exhausted. Then log into the AI.
  23. On one of our cruises in Aqua class there was a passenger in Blu who was absolutely obnoxious and abusive to the wait staff. He ran them ragged, constantly complaining. They bent over backwards to accommodate him with smiles on their faces to no avail. Many other diners asked not to be seated near him because of his constant complaining and obnoxious behavior. Even his wife rarely showed up in Blu to dine with him. DH and I went to the Hotel Manager to express to him what was going on because we were sure he would give the servers negative reviews and we wanted him to be aware that the staff was going above and beyond but that this passenger couldn't have been satisfied by anything or anyone. He thanked us and unexpectedly sent a lovely bottle of wine to our cabin with his thanks for making him aware.
  24. In January of 2023 we booked an aqua class A1 cabin on a Silhouette 10 day cruise in 2024 with our TA. The fare included Classic BP, WIFI, Gratuities and $975 OBC ($375 OBC-R). The fare, not including port fees and taxes was $1899 pp. Today booking the same cruise, same inclusions from the same TA during one of their big annual sales and showing the same group booking option we booked under would cost $2822 pp. Apples and apples. Since we booked there have been much talked about cuts and changes to the menus etc. talked about in other threads as well.
