  1. In January of 2023 we booked an aqua class A1 cabin on a Silhouette 10 day cruise in 2024 with our TA. The fare included Classic BP, WIFI, Gratuities and $975 OBC ($375 OBC-R). The fare, not including port fees and taxes was $1899 pp. Today booking the same cruise, same inclusions from the same TA during one of their big annual sales and showing the same group booking option we booked under would cost $2822 pp. Apples and apples. Since we booked there have been much talked about cuts and changes to the menus etc. talked about in other threads as well.
  2. Yup, the famous X IT team has never figured out how to Indicate them on either the website or app. Whether you book them originally or get there through MoveUp it still shows Select.
  3. There's been nothing for June so far. Nothing has been noted on this thread either. 😢
  4. I am missing the cause and effect connection between the two.
  5. We've stayed in 2153 on Reflection and would book it again in a heartbeat! We had no noise issues, the balcony is huge and it's in a great convenient location.
  6. We moved up from verandah to Aqua. We had included gratuities and weren't charged anything extra for gratuities.
  7. Move Up doesn't give you the extra points, however if you already had gratuities included you won't be charged extra
  8. We had the exact opposite experience as @terrydtx on Equinox in Murano. We ate there 5 times and each and every time the food and service was outstanding. We had the Lobster Murano on two of those occasions and it was cooked perfectly as was the Chateaubriand, the Dover Sole and the Lamb. It is the ONLY X specialty restaurant that we feel is worth spending extra dollars.
  9. You cab call Captains Club at 800-760-0654. Do not push any prompt buttons, just wait on hold. There may be a wait time at the end, (almost definitely) but you need to speak with a person. Your points do not expire. I don't remember the Captains Club ever having a level call Silver however. Are you sure that was with Celebrity?
  10. I'm not familiar with the 2 dinners 1 lunch package, but DH and I just rebooked the 4 night package and saved $92 on the new flash sale 4 dinner package on Silhouette.
  11. Although we've sailed Aqua many times we've never before received the email and had no clue about the availability of these items, so we've no experience in what the items are, or how good they are. Also, we haven't a clue about whether the ordered items actually appear. We have seen yoga mats in the room however although we never ordered them. As far as I can tell from the email my guess is that it is 3 items per stateroom, but that's only a guess. Here's what the email says: We have a wide range of in-room fitness accessories that you're entitled to use as an AquaClass® guest, to enhance your onboard wellness journey. We're excited to offer items for yoga, meditation, stretching, recovery, strength and conditioning, and cardio. Enjoy the recovery kit featuring an acupressure mat designed to massage hundreds of acupressure points, the infinity roller made to go deeper than the traditional roller, and the aligned domes for self-massage, stability, core strengthening, and the meditation pillow. Availibility is limited, so reserve the accessories you want before you sail.
  12. Here's a link to the reservation page for the amenities. https://cloud.na.celebritycruises.com/AQ_AMENITIES_FORM
  13. Shortly after we booked an Aqua class cabin on Silhouette for an upcoming cruise we received an email asking us which of a list of options we wanted to order for our room. The email was received back in January or February.
  14. You forgot to list posting the quiz answers is cheating.
  15. It seems kind of ungrateful to complain that there aren't enough PUP opportunities coming down the pike, and then complain about them when they are not to our liking. I'll just say thanks to X and hit the mute button if I'm not interested or skip it altogether if it's something in which I don't care to participate. I'm happy to have well over 100 captains club points thanks to PUPs. X didn't have to do it at all,
  16. I just watched. My observation is that if the word "incredible" were omitted from the script the video would have been at least 1/3 shorter! That said I'll gladly take the 3 Captains Club points and say thanks.
  17. I have a friend who also will have only 1 bite. He however hasn't the willpower to stare at the uneaten portion so he pours water over it so he can resist the rest!
  18. Once our bid was accepted the new stateroom showed up in our website account and we were able to print the new tags. That happened two days before embarkation. Our back-up plan was to get them at the pier. Congrats on your new sea digs and happy sailing!
  19. Yup! Since they got rid of the Ocean Liners (same menu as Murano) on the M-class we skip specialty dining altogether on those ships.
  20. I haven't seen it since the re-start. Also the afternoon tea offerings in the OVC weren't offered.
  21. Crepes Balon Rouge in Murano and also Grand Marnier Soufflé in Murano.
  22. I'm partial to the small chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache they give for special occasions. It's rich, dark, dense, not too sweet and soooo yummy.
  23. Thanks. Although we did, the issues remained during the entire cruise and were still there when we disembarked. I think Royal finally fixed the problem however. A few years later they sold Legend Of The Seas. I think that if you re-read the OP's posts that they also reported the issue. They probably were most focused on the water issue (see the OP picture) and that was the most concerning. They most likely didn't want to distract from getting that concern addressed by bringing up minor annoyances. Looking at the pic, I can understand it.
