    They'll charge your vouchers by default but you certainly can ask them to charge it directly and save the voucher. I've had the opposite, ordering a bottle of water at the end of the night and the bartender confirmed that I actually wanted to use a voucher for water (which I appreciated, actually)

    It depends on how many kids and their age ranges are on a particular cruise. But you can certainly request they be kept together. Some ships do have video games, but it varies what and how many consoles in AO

    My lactose intolerant wife has eaten it without issue. Maybe they've had to switch vendors lately, but it's worth asking to see the label on the soft serve mix next time

    You don't need and extra bag, per se. Just need something to put your last overnight stuff in until you get off the ship and can put stuff back in your luggage.

    Yeah I don't believe that at all, unfortunately, especially since you booked online. Can you see your reservation on your cruise planner?

    It didn't sound like the repair needed a drydock, just a part and/or someone to install the part. It doesn't sound like any of this would be an issue if another engine wasn't already scheduled to come offline for routine maintenance.

    Took a week from order to arrival for orders from both emed and optum.
