If they are khaki shorts probably fine for all nights at MDR except Elegant night. Khaki pants are good for Elegant night.

FYI, on my May 28 Ecstasy cruise they didn't have a P/D party due to Covid and staff shortages. I got an extra "free" drink. Hope the party gets back on schedule soon!

When I tell people who have been to Amsterdam that I am going there, many have suggested the Rijksmuseum as a must do. Rick Steves suggests allowing 2 hours to tour it. The Van Gough Museum is close by as well.

My family is flying into Amsterdam in a couple weeks. We are there for four days and this is what I have scheduled: Anne Frank House Museum tour (need to get tickets in advance, go to website) a 3 hour bike tour around Amsterdam with a guide, 1.5 hour canal tour with a small group that has beer, wine and snacks, Van Gough Museum, Rijksmuseum, Indonesian Rice Table dinner and my oldest daughter (22) is getting a tattoo. The canal tour and bike tour I booked through Travelocity. I don't know what your time frame is at port in Amsterdam but maybe you could check one of these activities out for your day. Have fun!!

Last cruise I didn't have the appropriate cash breakdown for my envelope tips which is on top of the pre-paid gratuity. Guest services was able to break my cash down.

On my shuttle in the Charleston port, I had my carryon next to me on the shuttle floor. It's not a lengthy drive to the terminal but I wouldn't have been comfortable with my carryon on my lap.

I would order room service breakfast with coffee and some nibbles to start the day. Take a cup of coffee to the nearest door that opens to the outside and take a seat. That's what I did on MG and Sunshine (while my mom slept in) and it was great! At night I would get a cocktail and go back to said outside area. Usually by myself and enjoying the night sky.

On our May 28 Ecstasy cruise out of Mobile, masks were recommended but not required at embarkation. Very few passengers were wearing them. On board, masks were not required anywhere and just a few were wearing them. In Cozumel and Costa Maya, masks were not required. Debarkation no masks required.

My 2 DDs (21 & 19) both tried roulette on our last cruise and had fun losing $25 each. I was able to barely keep my nose above water so we came back two more nights. The last night the DDs advised me on two specific numbers and we won! I said "let's quit while we're ahead" and we went to the comedy club. We had a blast!

On my recent Ecstasy cruise, my DDs and I played roulette for 3 nights and didn't notice any smokers by us or smoky air. Maybe we were lucky that way. Not so much with roulette🤑

Plus I'm the one who pays for everyone cruising with me (on my credit card) so I think I should be able to decide where the OBC is spent. Which is all on Carnival stuff. Hmmmm, now I need more coffee🙃
