Seashore had just arrived from Europe so there could have been paperwork and inspection issues too as well as new staff. I don't think the weather had much to do with it, we were on the last Seaside cruise from PC and staff morale seemed low....many just waiting to get off and go home. The Seaside is a great ship, so smooth, quiet and fast, Just like Divina and Meravillia. They know how to build a good ship, then do everything possible to mess up the actual customer experience.

It looks like the Seashore is replacing the Seaside sailings starting on November 19th with the Seaside heading to Fort de France for it's home port. BUT, I cannot book an additional cabin on the November 12th Seaside sailing. Why ? Also I cannot bid on an upgrade anymore....I had cancelled an upgrade offer but want to try again, any ideas ?

I have been on around 10 cruises over 11 with MSC and only ever found 1 piece of rust, on the Divina. Even the Armonia was spotless. MSC treat their ships like the asset they are to a shipping company. However, I am glad that you are so consensus as a pilot. Your marks, 14/20 !!!!

We are looking forward to our November 12th sailing on the Seaside out of Port Canaveral, but there is not much activity here regarding recent trips. Maybe everything is great and no one has complaints, maybe it's boring because of the type of passenger at this time of year, maybe it is sailing almost empty. Does anyone have something to say about your experience on Seaside this Autumn ?

Do you or anyone here know how to contact DJ Burn ahead of our cruise in November ? Or, if we bring a USB stick of our favorite 80's tunes, do they have the ability to play it and display the video's. Thanks for your video's, looks like our kind of time.

Yes they would be even better for sure, but I have a weak spot for a genuine cruise ship from another era !!! Back in 2012 we were blown away by how gorgeous Poesia was and the totally different feel to Carnival.

I personally think it was a mistake not to send Armonia to TPA after....you know what !!! I think it would have been the perfect ship for that market.

It was Poesia that went out of FFL in 2012. Email notes to 3 other families we went with - The cost would be $2058 for an 8 day, 7 night cruise (kids are free) deck 12 balcony. We also looked at the Norwegian Pearl however it was a bit over $3,100.

My folks were on this cruise too. They were not impressed, cold food, slow drinks delivery, had to order in the app and then watch as the server tried to find you lol, poor cabin service and boring ship activities.

Hey guess what, kids went back to school and stuck their fingers up each others nose again. Type A flu never went away and never will, just mutates. I threw away all our old test's as they were expired and likely no good for a slightly different version of the virus.

Does anyone know when the last sailing will be for either of these ships ? I thought I saw this info once but I cannot find it again.

So if you order a Big Mac and a Quarter pounder from the M devil, you pay for both meals, right ???? I am sure that if you ordered a meal you did not like, they will bring you a second choice no charge. And yeah, have a walk to the buffet if you need more.

A couple of years ago, they would not admit that Armonia was not coming back to the USA until it was physically impossible to do so without time travel, even though there were rumours and the ship tracker still showed it in Italy. They are a typical Italian company, great, arrogant and dim all at the same time. Fortunately it gets better on the well maintained ships.....until you need customer service lol

Armonia by a mile, my best time ever on the Cuba run, lovely SHIP and fun fantastic crew. We had such a great time, wish all cruises could be like that on was. Liked the Meraviglia very much, love Divina been on her several times. Poesia was the first, so pretty. Can you go wrong on a cruise ???

But alcohol is allowed, correct ? So what and why is the difference ?

So were we !!! I suppose its ones definition of wild. The great storm of 1993....walk on floor, walk on left wall, walk on floor, walk on right wall etc. Commodore Caribe1. I think Crown Monarch was already suffering a bent nose and had the gift shop totally trashed in the same storm.

On our 3 day Meraviglia cruise in December the shows were great. They must have changed them up. We did miss the crew show, hope those come back.
