Just build in gratuities to the base fair already.

Pre kids we never had a problem getting a table for 2. Go the first day and request one and if they say no than tell them they can give your seats away as you'll be going to the WJ instead, you'll get your table for 2 nightly.

We did an inside cabin once, will never do it again. Yeah, it was cheap but that's where the positives end.

If cruise lines advertised cruising as being "flexible" with dates than the only people who would book them would be retired people who live near the ports, and who didn't have medical appts anywhere near sail date. The correct assumption would be "accidents CAN happen which MAY possibly cause an itinerary change". Worst we've had in our years of cruising is a missed port or 2, no big deal.

What a nightmare for those with flights booked.......and on Thanksgiving weekend at that.

Just make a game of it and start sending them on wild goose chases.

Our last cruise was right before the shut down and we gave the room steward a few nice tips during and at the end of the cruise. We kind of had to as our toddler and infant were pretty sick for a few days and we needed to change sheets, towels, and even pillows multiple times per day (and night a few times). Our room steward was always available and very understanding and accommodating.

I don't drink enough for it to affect me either way.

Does D+ still get free valet parking at the terminal?
