    I hope they were local. My daughter was born at 28 weeks weighing 1lb 10 oz and spent 3 months in the NICU. If they're from out-of-the area, someone will now have to stay in Miami with the baby. Perhaps the mom didn't know she was pregnant because the consequences of this cruise will be long and not easy. Sending prayers and blessings to the baby and parents!

    I booked a 5-night Indy cruise Nov 2023. It later changed to a 7-night. We were able to stay on that cruise without additional charges for the 2 extra nights. Nothing more was offered.

    I thought they would let people with packages just have them for the additional day. Hopefully they have lots of extra people at GS.

    I didn't get the impression that the OP was rude. They didn't say anything to anyone until the last night. And I don't understand why stating to the waiter that you are fine and don't need anything would be considered rude.

    Having dinner together is often the "hanging out." No one should have to schedule separate time because they have to talk to wait staff during the entire meal.

    I purchased a package yesterday. Just didn't expect to see a somewhat better deal today in an email sent to me that I can't take advantage of. Maybe it will show up before the 25th end date. Thank you!

    I received an email with subject line "Drum roll, please 🥁 Black Friday savings are FINALLY here!" It shows Deluxe beverage as BOGO 50% off but when I click the link to go the planner, it's not there. My question is, does anyone know if I should be able to get that or do these offers not apply to all? It even has the cruise dates at the top of the email. Thank you.

    I logged in this morning and saw Deluxe Beverage for $72.99 BOGO 50% off which would be good pricing for sure. When I clicked in, I got a "this sailing has been canceled" message! That's a bit extreme. Refreshed and of course it was gone and back to the old pricing. Maybe it will come back again like one of the reps mentioned to a previous poster. lol

    I was only on hold for about 6-7 minutes using the C&A number but disappointed that they couldn't book anything either. If this isn't something I can get back to today, I wonder if that will be it for the "deals." The website and app are showing different offers and I want to book the website offer.

    The Crown & Anchor desk answered in 6 minutes BUT unfortunately he said they're still having problems on their end and he wasn't able to add the drink packages. 😒 He, of course, said to try back later. So unfair if the prices don't hold.

    On the app, only soda and voom is showing for me. But on the website this morning, it was also showing deluxe and voom. Had to wait til lunch to buy and now I'm worried that I missed the deal

    My planner is no longer showing all of the packages. I only have Deluxe & Voom for $85.99 and soda & Voom for $18.99. Deluxe had been showing at $83.99 so I guess it is some kind of sale since I can add Voom for almost the same price. I'll have to add to the phone waiting list since I need one deluxe, one refreshment and one regular soda.

    Or asking a 13-yr-old to go without internet for 7 nights. It's great in theory but isn't as fun in reality!

    What a magnificent review. We don't cruise until next year but my husband has already put many of those drinks in his phone's memo's! He always gets the package but doesn't stray too far from what he already drinks. This review has given him so many things he wants to try. Sometimes you just don't know what to ask for. I too forgot this wasn't live and am sad that it's over! Thank you!

    For the US school's that have fall break, it's usually the 2nd/3rd week of October.
