    My observation is that venues will adjust their hours (and rightly so) according to demand.

    Do y'all realize this cruise was back in March? BTW, CC HH is no longer in a particular location (on any ship), and Apple devices are typically not current generation.

    I read OP as querying if Celebrity was still limiting capacity. @Ferry_Watcher and @39august make that pretty clear that's not the case (2,600 on 26 August Solstice sailing, BTW).

    Our dining room manager didn't even charge us for my wife's vegan Lawn Club meal in Silly back in May. They might not even charge for the kids.
