We were told that they were discontinued because of the food temperature being a health issue.

I have never been on a HAL cruise that there wasn’t some issue with the billing,always in their favor!

Returned from Rotterdam a week ago and the food was better than we have had in quite awhile.We spent 63 nights on Princess this year and the menus were so unappealing that we are sticking with HAL.

We were assigned this suite on Rotterdam last month for a 10 night cruise.We noticed an annoying tapping sound coming from over the window and had the concierge call the maintenance team to rectify the situation.They tried some shims on the moldings but they offered no relief They came to the conclusion that the noise was in the structure of this ship and would need to be addressed at the next dry dock. They offered us earplugs but they did no good.I asked if we were the first to complain and was told that we were not.Eventually they moved us to 7085 which had a much larger angled balcony.Everything was fine after that but I want to warn anyone with this cabin that they will probably have issues.

I would like to see someone in a wheelchair get up over the 6 inch walkup into the bathroom and onto the balcony as I have stubbed my toes many times in the last 10 days.Nothing different than any other Neptune suite we have seen.I assume the deck plan is a mistake.I have posted pics showing the impediments to the bathroom and balcony.

I never mentioned being in an ambulatory cabin and I am not.I am in a Neptune Suite with a Hugh slanted balcony!

I am currently in cabin 7085 ,which is a Neptune Suite on Rotterdam and as you can see,there are 4 hooks.

Just checked our Neptune Suite door and the outside is dark brown and the interior is tan.

We are presently in 7085 and the door is dark brown.

We have sailed 73 days on Sky this year and have eaten in the MDR about 10 times for dinner.Because of the menu selections available,we will be sailing HAL in the near future.While we enjoy the Princess ships better the menus are a deal breaker.

I hope you are right as we have sworn off of Princess till they do some major menu changes.

We have done 13 crossings both east and west bound.Our east bound were always in April and were warm and pleasant until this year when we did the cruise in March.Never again as it was cold and nasty the whole time.It may have been a one off but never again that early in the year.

After 9 weeks on Sky Princess this year,we are heading back to HAL till Princess improves their MDR dinner menus.

I always give each waiter a $20 bill.

Barcelona is one of the few ports where the liquor store is past the security checkpoint so you could buy it there,if available and walk right on to the ship.

We sailed on Nieuw Statendam twice last year and no tiles for either cruise.We also passed 100 cruise days and received no recognition, which I didn't know existed till I saw it on Cruise Critic.

We went to Sabatini's and Crown Grille(with our room steward and her husband) and they were both excellent.Some of the lunchs in the MDR were quite good,just not the dinners.We also ate in Alfredo's a few times.Also invited twice to the most traveled luncheon.

We just returned from 28 nights on Sky and the MDR choices for dinner were so abysmal,that we only ate there 6 or 7 times.We are planning on using other lines until Princess changes their menus.

I am currently on Sky and we had a port this week where the stores and the casino were open all day.I can’t remember which port it was.

We were with you on the Sky’s spring crossing and are aboard now heading to Norway.While the internet is not s good as we have had on 12 crossings,it is not as bad as no internet.Princess needs to address this issue!

We are on the Sky on the 20th and got the email last week!

We have spent over 100 nights in these cabins on Royal,Regal and Sky and none of our cabins ever had a lock other than the standard lock on the slider.We have not used the balcony on only a few nights due to weather!

Is that why they call it the upsell department?
