So I'll note that Neville should no longer be on the Crown. He mentioned during the Culinary Demonstration that he was flying out to another ship the day we disembarked (2/18). I think he was going to the Pacific? But I don't know for sure.

Was just on Royal Princess and Nicola Furlan was Maitre 'd.....he is also listed here on Caribbean Princess.

We just got off a 14 day on the Regal, D'Agostino, this Maitres D'Hotel was not very good. I thought the dining room service was disorganized, moving assistant waiters around to the point we didn't know who our assistant was. The food was coming out lukewarm, nothing was hot. We were all watching how the food was brought up and then just was sitting there by the waiter station for a long time. Also, D'Agostino once in a while walked around and only talked (at least at our table) to Elite cruisers. I've had much better ones on previous cruises.

Was just on Royal Princess and Nicola Furlan was Maitre 'd.....he is also listed here on Caribbean Princess.

I thought Nicola went to Caribbean to fill in when Balbani went on vacation.

Like in the past 4-6 weeks or so...

Somebody was telling me, but I didn't have any cruises on either ship booked, so I wasn't

really paying attention. Sorry.

I don't understand what to do...

We just got off a 14 day on the Regal, D'Agostino, this Maitres D'Hotel was not very good. I thought the dining room service was disorganized, moving assistant waiters around to the point we didn't know who our assistant was. The food was coming out lukewarm, nothing was hot. We were all watching how the food was brought up and then just was sitting there by the waiter station for a long time. Also, D'Agostino once in a while walked around and only talked (at least at our table) to Elite cruisers. I've had much better ones on previous cruises.

I hate to hear any negative, as we are SO looking forward to boarding the Regal later this year.
