Looks like the break off the pier? I've been going to Oceanside for 40 years now, off and on - was one of the only people in all of Arizona that could surf at the first waterpark (Big Surf) back in the mid 70's...and I'd retire there in a second if it weren't in the Socialist Republic of California...

You're right, in 10 years or so who knows what it will be like! I'm the reverse of you I think - I've lived in the sun and heat my entire life and me and the Mrs. are retiring to WA when the time comes.
