Yes. He's going on vacation when Keith takes over. Then he's on Adventure for at least 2 contracts. That covers all of 2012.

 

Abel isn't taking vacation straight away! He's going straight from Splendour to Voyager for a month and a half then a quick vacation before Adventure! :D

 

There's no conflict between these 2 statements.

 

Abel is going on vacation when Keith takes over on VY. Keith said that was 11/16. Then Abel will go to Adventure after his vacation.

Graham Seymour will most likely be the CD for your sailing. I sailed with him on 9/4 and that was his first week back from vacation, so he should be on for a while.

Just back from the Serenade, and it was very strange, but Marc left mid week (Day 5 Aruba) to go back to FL to get on the Monarch. He said he's never had that happen before! I think he was scheduled to go to Monarch upon our return on Sunday, but that Tropical Storm Maria looked to be a problem. He was replaced by Ricky Matthews.

 

Strange - I just got off Serenade (11SEP sailing) and from all the onboard video materials and so forth, you'd think Ricky Matthews had been doing the Southern Caribbean on Serenade for quite awhile already - he even had the whole "Yo Soy Boricua!" yell down. (I never know what the hell the response is supposed to be - and I'm 1/2 Puerto Rican!)

Looks like we will be sailing with Anna bass on Grandeur this SUnday then.. Anyone got any ideas how that will be? WE sailed on LOS TA in April with Gordon Wattman and at first I was not too sure, but by the end we really enjoyed having him as CD.
