I attach clothespins to the bottom which adds weight..:o

...and then I use those clothespins to hang wet bathing suits on the little clothesline overnight, to dry...

I have never had a cling and I am no small girl by any stretch of the imagination

I use a large medal paper holder . I put one on each end of the bottom of the curtain and it holds everything down fine and elilinates to crtain cling.

i just leave a couple of inches from completely closing the curtain. Never had a problem.

Also have a 6 pack of 'plastic' like clothespins/clips (walmart?) - in my 'cruise box' - very handy for the bottom of the shower curtain to keep if from getting too 'intimate' and/or clipping your towel to your lounger on windy days! ;)

How many clothespins do you think I should use on the shower curtain? I went out and bought some just for this purpose...LOL

Depends on how heavy the clothes pins are. If the big plastic ones you won't need more than 4 or 5 but if you have the older ones made of wood you will need more.

I dont understand this either. Im a big guy and never had an issue.

I guess if you have a really large posterior and are bending over to pick up the soap:eek::p;)

First thing I do is wet down the curtain and it will give you the weight to seal it to the floor. No clips needed and never had to wrestle with it.

LOL! It is a problem! Especially when you are trying to avoid touching the wall on one side, the curtain on the other side AND keeping the water in the shower!!! Glad to know there are some solutions. I never thought to ask. Just thought it was a part of cruising!

I have read about this problem many times, but I personally have never had an issue with it sticking to me (knock on wood) :)

OK. I have one cruise completed but I found that there is a track attached to the wall in the shower for the shower curtain. Once I stuffed the curtain into it completely, it was attached all the way to the floor. The floor did not get wet & it didn't cling very much to me. I don't understand why housekeeping didn't stuff the curtain into the track. It was very simple & quick for me to do. Problem solved & didn't need any of the clips it was suggested that I bring. I haven't read where anyone else found this easy solution. I can't believe it was only me.

As a "husky" sized man i have never had a problem with the shower curtain cling. I guess i am in the lucky it never happened to you camp lol
