ELITE Christmas Card from Princess

They must not be keeping a very solid database this time. Last year I got an email card, this year....so far.....nothing. No email, no snail mail. I am elite, and I took 3 cruises on Princess last year in varying parts of the world, so I shouldn't have fallen off the radar just yet.

 

No worries, the ads come in right on schedule! :D

I don't think it is a status thing. Why would a customer like me with gold level on Captain's Circle get two Christmas e-mails if it was based on status?

 

Princess obviously has not forgotten about you completely. As you say, you are still getting the ads on schedule.

Well! I am absolutely shattered! Where are our cards? Was the postage too much? I will find it hard to sleep tonight knowing we are not as loved as our friends in the US! ;):D

All Princess cruisers from outside of the USA get a lousy deal , cannot cancel penalty free and sure have not got Elite Xmas Cards

 

In the UK we can cancel up to 180 days without losing deposit the rules changed 2 years back, I always monitor the price and just call Princess if I see a price drop on the web, with no problems for our last Nov cruise I changed it 4 times due to price drops for the Diamond in Jan I have changed once saved money and upgraded, now your TA that may be your issue read the small print of the booking, read more chat less may I suggest you could save ££££££££.

If you are Elite speak to Princess use the Personal Cruise Specialist Service price drop goes to 90 days £££££ saving makes for more cruising

Ok, I have to fess up. I griped about the elite card and enclosed gift tags. I would have rather had a free drink or picture on board. BUT when someone above pointed out the gift tags were peel able stickers, they worked great on my gifts...

So, who else received the Elite card today? Forr those who didn't it says: Your Loyalty is a gift we Treasure and inside it says: We thank you for being an Elite member and look forward to seeing you again in 2013.

 

Hey, they're going to see me again in 2012. v

 

Anyhow, there are gift cards enclosed that you can use, but if you do, there will be Princess writing on the back of them. Thought was good, writing on the back (Here's a little something to say thanks) is not.

 

We received our card in the mail. The gift cards are such they could have saved their money. They will be seeing us again in two weeks as we are on the Grand for a week to bring in the new year.

I am rushing out to buy a Powerball ticket, our Christmas card complete with tags arrived today after its long journey from California to British Columbia and then down to Arizona arrived today....what can I say....but thanks Princess and the Canadian and US postal services....we are truly touched.;)

we got ours last week also and loved that it said in the card from your Princess Cruise Family.... I was looking for signatures from some of our favorite crew that we DO consider family.

 

I too wondered about the stickers, cute but yeah i would of loved a drink coupon, or maybe a coffee card, or discount for a coffee card to be used on a cruise in 2014.

 

Can't wait to be back on board the Emerald in January

Whew!!!! Finally got my stickers in the Christmas card.Oh,Well,I guess I will have to use them next year.Everything is wrapped and labelled.:)My DW got an email from Princess too and I didn't:eek:I must have been naughty.

Thanks, we do live in a lovely city and I am more thankful each time we return home from overseas. :)

 

Perhaps our cards will come after Christmas just in case they didn't send them by airmail but by sea mail!! :(
