Paul Bogle Posted January 4, 2013 #4 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I wish Carnival would go back to Calica. There are so many things to do on the Riviera Maya. Crossing the channel from Cozumel is a pain. There are always fun things to do in Cozumel but I've been there enough.
Paul Bogle Posted January 4, 2013 #5 Share Posted January 4, 2013 Do they go to St. John's? Virgin Gorda? Dominican Republic? Just curious...:D No cruise ships go to St. Johns or Virgin Gorda but Carnival does go to St. Thomas and Tortola from which both are accessible. Carnival has been calling on the DR for many years now. (La Romana)

summer_day Posted January 4, 2013 #15 Share Posted January 4, 2013 Do they go to St. John's? Virgin Gorda? Dominican Republic? Just curious...:D when they dock at charlotte amelie, st. thomas they offer an excursion to st. john's ... i suspect, since most of st. john's is a national park, they're probably not allowed to build a cruise terminal on the island.
