I had one with Jalapenos and it was delicious! I forget what the name of it was or if it was on the menu at the time. Since we had the drink package the mixologists were trying out different drinks on us that they had made up themselves. Who would have thunk it? Damn, it was good.

For me, it's the Autumn Breeze. It's not on the menu right now, but most bartenders will make it for you. Based on Crushed Apple and Cognac.

If there's something you really like, let them know as they probably can make something close. No, they cannot create new drinks or play with recipes. But they have a collection of other recipes not printed for the guests. It could be overwhelming and too confusing to put it all out there. So they keep a list of most common mole bar drinks for the passengers, but will work with you to make something you may prefer.

Just about anything with that special foam they put on top. Favorites include the ginger mojito (don't like mojitos except this one!), lucky cat, 20 year martini and dragonfly. Had fun with the premium drink pkg trying lots of them. After the bartenders get to know you they make special drinks for you....delish!
