Radio, I'm just 'tuning' in on this 'live' report, but it's not my first Radio show. ;)

You made my day by saying that Carnival will be back in Baltimore. :)

Happy sails!

Thanks. . . Carnival will be back to Baltimore, but no one is able to announce what ship it will be yet. . .

Mark, I'm subscribed!

I want to give you a heads-up about a very friendly ;) machine in the casino. It was very good to me last August :D...it's a dollar machine....all types of 7's (star 7's and flag 7's, red, white & blue 7's)...and it's located port side in the most "aft" row of seating in the casino....about 2 or 3 seats away from the window.

Find it. Win. ;)

Hi Radio , happy sailing! So glad to see you doing a live broadcast again. And it comes at a perfect time. I am looking at this same cruise for March. Just waiting on the ok for time off from work. I really need a break from this winter cold.

My first cruise was on the Pride in 2011 and had a great time.

The pic's are a great reminder of my cruise. Looking forward to your report on the ports.

Hello everyone. I am happy to report that today has been a very sunny day.

The temperatures seemed to have warmed a bit, but maybe it just seems that way because of the direct sunlight.

All the pools are open, but it seems that the only guests using the pools are kids.

I have heard a lot of music from the DJ booths on decks 2 and 9, but aside from the Carnival Pride Show Band

in the main theater, I haven’t heard any live music.

Tonight is Elegant Night and the Captain will be available for photos for those who wish to do so.

I am looking forward to a nice Lobster dinner in the Normandie Dining Room. I am dining with several Cruise Critic friends tonight.

Our voyage through the Gulf Stream has been nominal. The Captain suggested we are having 6-8 foot seas; however, Carnival Pride

has been easing through the seas and I have not felt much pitching or rolling. Two Navy or maybe Air Force planes flew across

our bow doing maneuvers. I assume they were from a local Navy or Air Force base.

We are currently about 470nm from Port Canaveral and our speed is 12 knots.

Here are a few pics from today. More pics tonight.

Radio-thanks so much for all of the info. We were on the Pride a few years ago, and are set to sail on her again in a few weeks. Can't wait to read about the rest of your cruise. Have fun!! Wishing you fair winds and following seas!!!

Radio, DW and myself are doing our first cruise out of Baltimore in the winter in a month.

I was wondering if you were cruising on a full ship and what kind of passengers were on board ( older, younger, ect)?

No, not quite a full ship. We have 2,312 passengers on board this sailing. It appears to be a mixed demographic.

I haven't seen many kids, I am guessing a couple hundred.

Hello everyone. . . Today was full of rest and food consumption. I really shouldn’t eat so much, but everything tasted delicious and my eyes turned out to be much larger than my stomach. (Hmm. . . didn’t my grandmother tell me that when I was a kid?)

I had a huge breakfast, an even bigger lunch and lobster for dinner. (And two big desserts after dinner. Oops. . . ) I guess I will have to go to the gym tomorrow morning and complete my workout regimen. That will take several hours of sweat and muscle straining. (And then I will wake up from my dream and go to breakfast.)

I would like to speak briefly about the coffee on the Carnival Pride. I have really enjoyed the coffee that has been served (free). There is excellent coffee at Mermaid’s Grille and in the Normandie dining room.

This afternoon I stopped at the coffee shop on Deck 2 to have a delicious Americano. It was very delicious; however, normally premium coffee is several steps above the free coffee. But, not so much. I have decided that I will frequent the Lido deck on many occasions this week. (I will, however, grab a Starbucks in Cape Canaveral and Nassau).

I received my Platinum logo gift in my cabin and it is very nice. It is a combination tote bag and cooler with logos from Carnival, Red Frog Rum Bar, Guy’s Burger Joint, Blue Iguana Tequila Bar and others. I think Carnival really went out of their way to provide such a nice gift to their loyal cruisers.

I enjoyed the first production show in the Taj Mahal Lounge tonight. (“Jazzin’ “) but I will be unable to stay awake for the George Lopez Punchliner’s comedy performance. Maybe I will have more energy tomorrow evening.

Here are a few pics from today. Thanks for tuning in.

Other than the guy on the upper level in the tee shirt and baseball cap it looks like most men were wearing suits for elegant night. I was surprised because last time on the Pride my DH was one of very few wearing suits. Was that pretty much true throughout the ship tonight that people followed the dress code?

Hello everyone . . . Good Morning and Welcome to DAY 3 of “LIVE” from Carnival Pride.

I woke up very early this morning again (5:30AM) and went upstairs for a little coffee.

I noticed that the Gymnasium was on Deck 9 FWD, so I thought I would work off a few calories. As I

approached the entrance I noticed it was closed. . . What the heck? They opened at 6AM but it was

only 5:50. . .oh well. . . .maybe I will try again tomorrow.

The weather outside is rainy, windy, and cold. There is a bit of fog, and I guess we will have to just

bear it and later today we may be through this. It appears that we may have to endure a little rough

weather for a few hours though. At least we are off the coast of Georgia, and we should be getting

across the Florida state line soon. I know it’s still cold in upstate Florida, but it will be warmer than up in Maryland.

We are travelling at 12kts, and we still have about 200nm until we get to Port Canaveral. Our

Cruise Director, Kirk has suggested that the excursions for travel to Disney Word, Universal Studios,

and Sea World have almost reached capacity. Please you me. . .

Here are a few pics from this morning.

Radio - I am a huge fan of yours when it comes to you writing your reviews. However, I am noticing something totally different than before. For some reason I can no longer see your pictures. All I get is a Box with a Red X in it. I've always been able to view your pics from my work computer and now I can't. Did you do something different or are you not using the same method to post pictures as you've done in the past??
