Everything.. ESCAPE (live 29 Oct 2015!)

I think Spice is a PERFECT place for a Margaritaville! Replace the Uptown B & G with that and have a grotto for the bar on that side, too. One HUGE Margaritaville. :D Leave the grotto for the water feature/cool off area on the portside and PUT A SMALL POOL IN FRONT OF THE SCREEN! :D This could be a fabulous Adults Only Spice H20. (Sorry I yelled so much).

I bet they put Margaritaville in Spice, and the 5 o'clock somewhere bar on the waterfront.

I heartily endorse this idea. Mr. Kevin Sheehan, please make it so. I don't want to have to cancel my Escape cruise. ;)

That would be awesome if they could pull it off! C'mon NCL, I'm teetering on the edge of an Escape booking during the current promo... Push me over the top! :D

You must not have looked around when you where in LV......check out all the water photos at Margaretville, Las Vegas. http://www.margaritavillelasvegas.com/photos.html?ga=14

That's awesome. I was referring to the Margaritaville restaurant which existed there before the newer Margaritaville casino was added. I've been to it 3 times, waited in line for a table, sat down and ate, and left just like at any other restaurant.

Also, thanks to whomever for the pics of the Caribbean Margaritavilles. I've been to 2 of those, including the one in Ocho Rios just a month ago, and have some great pictures myself!

Anyway, just like the Howl at the Moons at sea barely resemble the ones on land, I can't imagine this will be identical to land-based Margaritaville venues. If it is, super! That will be terrific.

IMHO... If they don't do something with Margaritaville in the H2O areas they are fools. I think the area would really lend itself to the concept.
I totally agree. Edited by LrgPizza

Key West is like that too - just a restaurant.

of you look at the bar area there seems to be a lot of tables indicating an eating area?

Along with high tables.

I can also see 2 of something that looks like these??

I think that the 'sunken pool elements' are missing from the animation for the rear of the ship.

That would be awesome, I hope they have the water slide like they do in Jamaica.

I also would LOVE to see Margaritaville at Spice. It definitely needs to be outside or by a pool. Is NCL going to sacrifice one of their own bars for the new restaurant? I would be surprised to see this happen. But I agree with all of you... it would be the best place ever. But would anyone ever want to leave Spice then?

NCL is pretty ritualistic about many aspects of their ships so I don't expect this to happen :(

(Surprise me NCL, surprise me)

:)

Has anyone else noticed that Escape will be slightly longer and wider than Breakaway? 1.7 m (5.6 ft) longer and wider, to be exact. The width measurement is from the waterline, so hopefully all public areas and cabins will have extra room to play around with. Wider balconies, please! :D

BTW, Escape's engine capacity will also increase from Breakaway's 62.4 mW to 76.8 mW. For comparison, the Jewel Class has 72.8 mW. Breakaway was the economy fuel saver, but Escape will have more muscle for greater flexibility

That's why it's called the Breakaway PLUS class, not the Breakaway class. Both Escape and Bliss have from the very start been billed as being larger.

I noticed that soon after posting, but I can't seem to edit that particular post :(

Anyway, the more exciting fact that she's slightly wider is true. I'm a bit surprised people aren't more excited about it. For all those people hoping for wider balconies, this is their chance at seeing it happen :p
