Offers received from Club Royale (Royal Caribbean)

“Most” guests being Prime is probably right since everyone who has gambled in the last year is a “Club Royale” member.

My dad got the MLB free tickets offer with a $750 off deal in an email I got today (they use my email). He hasn’t gambled or cruises in over a year and he STILL gets all these offers I DONT get, and I’ve been on over 30 cruises since then and I consider myself a moderate gambler. This doesn’t show me they value their most loyal guests. Rather, they already figure im going to cruise and gamble without offers. Too bad.

I would consider it a miracle if they actually send out an email or roll out the new program.

Hey Pope Nicolas... how is it going?

Have you called and asked why YOU have not received the MLB offer?

I haven’t for this but I have before on other offers my dad got but I didn’t. They don’t have a clue why! They’re just reservation agents basically

A little off subject... We have a group doing a slot pull on Adventure during our May 5 sailing. There are 66 of us at 25 pp. The person organizing this reached out to the asst. Casino host about a few small swag for the top three. The asst. Host wanted the group to pay 15% to the casino and move the time and day. Anyone ever had this happen to them?

That is crazy - they are likely going to get he majority of what you put into the slot machine anyway.

Someone has to be playing a joke on this one unless they asked them to run the slot pull. They also may have misunderstood that you (us I think I signed up for the pull) are going to be using one machine not there slot tournament machines.

See you in a month

I certainly hope they misunderstood. I couldn't believe it when Loretta said they wanted 15%. My first thought was I hope this isn't indicative of how they will treat gamblers on the cruise. Looking forward to seeing you in a month! Does anyone know who the host is on Adventure? I assume no one has gotten emails yet on the new program.

Never! I have organized many and never had any problems or anything like what you wrote about. In fact, the casino hosts have been so helpful in giving me raffle tickets to use for our slot pulls and Club Royal swag.

Mary I think the Host misunderstood you. She may have thought that THEY are running the slot Pull on their tournament machines.

Wow 69 people at $25/pp? That’s a lot to manage and split . You doing all them on one machine? I’ve never had a group that big and I’ve always done $15/pp. but now that there are $10 bets, I’m thinking of doing $30/pp and 3 spins per person ($10 WOF Machine).

One of the other cruisers is organizing and she has done several before. Agree it is a big group, we may split into a few machines, then split the entire amount from the 2 or 3 machines. We are doing 5 spins at 5 per spin.

I do 21 per person. 7 spins on dollar machine. 3 dollars per spin. And I cap the number of participants.

I am on the Grandeur right now. Even though the casino does not open until tomorrow morning (can't open while in the Chesapeake Bay), the casino host was available after muster putting club royale stickers on our cards and giving us our tier and internet instructions (depending on your tier). I am at the 'signature' level and received an access code for free internet. I asked about the discounted internet for second level (can't remember what it is called) and was told it would be a 30% discount. As I get more information, I will share.

Appreciated for the update and finally some recognition of the new program actually being alive.

Curious, had you achieved a level above 25,999 points on your previous cruise to come in at Signature level?

Good luck in the casino

Enjoy your cruise

This is the original information I received from a Club Royale representative a few months ago ... all points from July, 2016 to December, 2017 would be used to place you at one of the 4 levels starting April 1, 2018. I believe the accumulated points is 24,999 for signature level. I did not ask how many points I had accumulated.

My mistake on the 25,999, ;)

Congrats on reaching Signature, hopefully you will be one of the first to enjoy the much anticipated perks of the long overdue New program.

Thank you again for the update

Happy Days!

Getting on Enchantment today. Was told host would have my “status”info. For many years I have received sticker for drinks. And as this is a 3 night cruise and we are D plus we each have 2 24 hour comp internet sessions. For the upcoming longer cruises we have on our schedule free internet would be nice. Looking forward to seeing where I am in the new CR program, though would have been nice to have had this information on the day it was supposed to have been provided to us....

Just got on Enchatment. Letter in state room from Casino host (Publio, who I was with a few years ago on Navigator) letting me know my tier.

Good luck with Publio. He is one of my least favorite hosts. The dealers didn't even like him !

And what tier are you if you don’t mind me asking and are benefits loaded on your sea pass? Finally some encouraging news.

Boarding Allure on Sunday so it looks like they will be ready for us with the new tiers. I have no delusions of being more than Prime (level 2). It will be nice though, to finally see the final roll-out.

Harmony tomorrow but not expecting much but if they really did count my past play, I should be ok. Besides, the Casino paid for half of this cruise. Upgraded from a comp balcony.
