Mine and the wifes where just little envolopes with a card and the password for the internet, know a few people, that got the same, no letters saying anything. Did you get full letters that said something, would be interested in what they said.

The letter was to let both of us know our tiers. The chart which has been posted in this thread also was in the envelope.

I just received an email with a new offer from Casino Royale.

BOOK BY MAY 10, 2018 AND SAIL BY SEPTEMBER 22, 2018

My friend received this in the snail mail. She has only been on 2 cruises. I called to see why I didn't receive it. They don't know why.

I did 8 cruises between her TWO cruises.

They seem to send the offers to people that don't have cruises booked, but earned a certificate on a cruise.

I received the offer in snail mail and also an email today. I think it depends on how many points you received on your last cruise, as to what offers you receive. My last cruise I received a certificate for a free inside cabin. This offer was also for an inside cabin. When I only have $500 or less certificates, I usually only receive offers for $250 off, not free cruises.

My certificates were higher than her's.

There’s no rhyme or reason. My dad whose last last cruise was 3/31/17 got the comp offer posted above plus several other offers via email. I get his emails so I see what he gets. I’ve been on 25-30 cruises since then plus have 15 more booked. I guess they figure they don’t need to send me any offers cause I don’t get half the offers my dad gets. He may have had a big loss or a higher avg bet, but I am not a lightweight. I bet $90/spin on roulette and play a good amount. Usually get $300 to $500 certs every cruise and some I get comp IN certs. Those points on that many cruise ship far surpasses the points my dad got over a year ago on his last cruise. I don’t think that’s right

We haven’t received a single email since Fall 2016. At time time we were getting free Cruise offers, etc. We have sailed several times since then but nothing. There was discussion here that they stopped sending them to Canadians, but I asked last time I called and they said that is not true.

We have a comped grand suite on royal Anthem how can I find out what tier I’m at for this cruise.

I spoke to Casino Royale this morning. Right now you can only find out on a ship if you are sailing. They don't have the emails to others ready to send out yet.

I found out my tier the other day by contacting a very nice chap at RC.

Even told me my exact number of points and also my wife's.;)

Still no email though

Doesn't surprise me. Everyone you talk to at Royal tells you something different.

The funny thing as well, the chap that I spoke to, did not even work in the Casino department.

But within seconds of having my C&A # he had my level and points.

How CR don't know and this fellow did, just highlights the inconsistencies and lack of communication between internal departments.

My last cruise I had over 4600 pts. Less than 200 pts for a free cruise in a balcony.

I earned a free OV

I receive no email offers and only one snail mail, the baseball one.

On Enchantment and got letter in room. Got internet code at check in. No sticker. The host put it on in casino. I got Signature level. Host said eventually the cards will just have the level printed on it and no stickers needed since they all know who gets what in the casino.

Thanks for the update. Looking forward to my letter next Saturday.

How much would you say you played over the last 18 months?

Same thing Publio (casino host) said last weekend though we did not have internet code when we checked in. Had to go to the internet people for the code or we could have gotten it from Publio. Easier when we don't have to track it down. We are cruising again in a few weeks on another ship. We’ll see if sea pass is imprinted and if the code is given to us at check in. Good luck in the casino.
