Rare Bimmer09 Posted November 14, 2015 #131 Share Posted November 14, 2015 It's always nice to see a new Trainman (and Judith) review. Superb photos as always. I'm with you when it comes to being up early on the ship-so peaceful and calm. I see we also share a love for bacon in the buffet! Following along. Radiance class is my favorite Royal design. Have fun! Norris

kmw350 Posted November 14, 2015 #135 Share Posted November 14, 2015 That's great, thank you for the reply :) Passengers are allowed to be on the helipad during sail away and most other times. The only times we have seen it closed was for cleaning, emergencies evacuations and when the weather is bad
shelbylook Posted November 14, 2015 #136 Share Posted November 14, 2015 I'm curious. How many times so far have you held food under the table out of habit but no one takes it? 😉🐾 Cathy
tahoemc Posted November 14, 2015 #137 Share Posted November 14, 2015 Jim, great job with the Live reports! There were cookies in the WJ and Park Café, as well as in Café Latitudes, during our recent repositioning cruise. If you drink specialty coffees, make sure you get a punch card. One free coffee drink of your choice after 6 purchases. Looking forward to more reports and seeing so many familiar onboard sights!

This morning I stuck sausages (Booty's Favorite) under the table twice and she wasn't there to take them.
smeck Posted November 14, 2015 #139 Share Posted November 14, 2015 We were both sad to leave Booty, Judith's Service Dog, behind in her favorite kennel this morning. Booty was sad to see us go. I will assume Booty's duties helping Judith until we get back home. I was under the impression that service dogs were allowed to cruise.

NorthWes Posted November 14, 2015 #142 Share Posted November 14, 2015 What a delight to wake up in chilly Alaska and catch up on your journey! We're aboard Serenade on the Dec 14 sailing. Loving the photos and commentary - and my wife is laughing at my total joy over the 'recon reports' on cookies & coffee. Looking forward to sailing along with you 'live'! Trainman-2 Posted November 14, 2015 Author #147 Share Posted November 14, 2015 Of course, stopping by Cookie Central (Cafe Lattitudes) for cookies doesn't help but I can't give up everything. I do have a supply of zip lock bags for storing cookies for tonight.

wolfcathorse Posted November 14, 2015 #150 Share Posted November 14, 2015 Trainman-2, if you see an activities guy named Robo (Roberto from Mexico, bleached blond curly hair, does Bingo) tell him the fat lady with the long grey hair that he met on MJ says "Hi". I've attached a pic of Robo and me on Halloween. We were on the 14 nt Snowbird Migration repo of SR (10-19-15) and it was like being on Holland America, saw only 5-8 kids onboard (all under 5 yrs old).
