We were on the Regal last January and it's a beautiful ship. Lots of activities in the attirum - they really do a great job on the entertainment.

The Italian restaurant is awesome - it's so much better than the Steak restaurant onboard. Leonard was in charge and he was great.

Enjoy your cruise!

There are plenty of recent reviews on the Regal to help you. We just returned from a two week cruise on her and had a wonderful time. I have my reviews in my signature. They include pictures too.:D

Agree completely with the comments on Sabatini's (Italian restaurant) and Leonard is great too.

We've sailed a combined 6 weeks during 3 cruises on the Royal & Regal so obviously we enjoy this class of ship. :)

Taste is subjective but we prefer the Crown Grill over Sabatini's but go to both of them. Other dining options such as the $40 Winemakers Dinner & the complimentary Alfredo's Pizzeria for a multi course Italian meal were also great.

Sabatini's is going away, which is fine with us. Very mediocre after several tries on several ships. The Crown Grill on the Regal, on the other hand, was beyond awesome. Terrific waitstaff and wonderful steaks. Best meal I've ever had at sea!

We have never had a problem with Sabatini's, always good food. Food is very subjective.:)

The word suite should not be in the description of a mini.

Its just a slightly larger cabin then a reg one.

Has a bath/shower combo/couch.

Just so you know.

Shouldn't be used in the description of a suite on the Regal either.....:D:D:D

Regal has a great International Cafe with snacks all day on deck 5. Also the only place on the ship you can get donuts in the morning. Gelato bar is across the atrium (use coffee card, 1 punch for 3 scoops or small charge). Buffet is huge compared to other ships and lines. Pizza, soft ice cream and grill on Lido deck open long hours. Fairly large adult area as well. Have a great trip on Regal!
