Disembarkation time

We will be disembarking in Civitavecchia in June, docking at 5:00am. What time should I realistically expect to get off the ship? I'm trying to decide what train to book from Rome to Venice. I'll be taking a private transfer from the ship to the Rome train station. Would a noon train work if I can get off the ship around 9:00? Thanks.

It should work, but you can be off the ship much earlier than 9am. We caught a transfer about 8am once (were actually off the ship by 7:30). Just depends on when you tell your transfer to be there. I would want to be getting to Venice as early as possible... But you can probably get more precise info if you ask on the Italy board under Ports of Call. EM

You can get to Rome about as fast using an express train as you will be in rush hour. Not sure what time to Venice, but I would book Citivecchia to Venice via Rome.

A noon train will be very easy to get. No worries at all.

It's about 1.5 hours to the Rome Termini station so noon is very doable. You just need to decide if you are taking a cab, private transfer or train to Rome. I would take the train.

A similar question, but in this case arrival is into Singapore.

 

We are due into Singapore at 0800.

I don't know which terminal yet.

I have not cruised Celebrity before, and plan to self disembark with one small bag.

 

What would be the earliest realistic time I should plan on walking off the ship please ?
