Does anyone know who the casino manager and hosts are on the Escape?

I'm sailing on the Getaway on February 26. Does anyone have any opinions on John Dsouza as concierge. I have only had Adrian (loved) and Anoop (bleh).

From another thread about the Star's revised Asian itineraries, several cruisers posted that Hanno is returning to the Star in Singapore in March.

 

 

Thank you. Hoping to see Hanno again on a future cruise. Maybe another time.

First met John Dsouza when he was our butler and he was fantastic! We were happy when he was promoted to concierge. He's excellent!
