I'm going on my first cruise on the Bliss in June! This is honestly new info to me. So the casino is only actually open when the ship is not in port, I guess? I guess you just need to cash out every night.

 

 

Just do it while you're still in international waters and the casino is still open.

Casinos and all of the stores are NOT open when in any port. Only when the ship is out to sea. I don't know how far/miles ship has to be 'out to sea'.

It's for my colleague as she has 2 kids that want to cruise again (Escape last year) and they are mad about go-karting.
