monakayk Posted May 3, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 3, 2018 On a 15 days cruise will the MDR menus be different each night or some repeated? Our cruise is NOT a B2B. Anyone know where I can see the menus? Thanks in advance .
LH25 Posted May 3, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 3, 2018 We just got home from a 15 day cruise on the Star to Hawaii, and there were new dishes each night. Outside of the "always available" selections, the only thing I remember being repeated was a chicken and leek pot pie from Curtis Stone. I didn't eat the same entree ever, there was always something new and interesting I wanted to try. I don't have any menus. I meant to take pictures and forgot. voljeep Posted May 3, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 3, 2018 yes, you can see them each day outside the mdr... posters have mentioned that you can see all the cruise menus by going to the mdr on the first day and asking the m'd to see them
moki'smommy Posted May 3, 2018 #4 Share Posted May 3, 2018 You can see the menus at Passenger Services or at the restaurant for the whole cruise. In addition, the menu for each day is posted outside the restaurant. On an 11 night cruise, we had an occasional item repeated (one was the pot pie as mentioned above), but there were always new items. They never repeated a whole menu

The pot pie repeated several times and ordered it several times. Not enough for me for dinner so would order something else with it. Few other things would be repeated but most of the menu was new each night. Have done 15 day cruises as TA and Hawaii btw.

PlopPlop Posted May 3, 2018 #8 Share Posted May 3, 2018 What about repeat meals on a B2B Eastern/Western Caribbean sailing?
memoak Posted May 3, 2018 #9 Share Posted May 3, 2018 If you are on a B2B you will see repeats. If it is sold as both a long cruise and in portions say a 20 night or 10 night I think you would see some repeats but not sure. I am doing a 20 day in November so will find out then
caribill Posted May 4, 2018 #10 Share Posted May 4, 2018 What about repeat meals on a B2B Eastern/Western Caribbean sailing? If the segments are of equal length (10 days + 10 days) you will have the first segment menu repeated the second segment. There might be a change in order depending on when formal evenings are. If unequal length segments (for example 13 + 7), you would have 7 days of repeated menus.
