Has NCL shared the differences between the Encore and the Bliss yet? 😍

My family and I are sailing on the Encore in 2019 but I’m already excited! Can anyone share, or point me in the right direction, for some details about the Encore?

I do not expect any announcements for The Encore until after The Bliss begins Her Alaskan season. I would guess late June or early July.

 

The only thing I have heard so far is that there will Observation Lounges (3) like The Bliss.

We loved Bliss!     It looks like they have those features we enjoyed most continued on Encore.  Got to love the Observation Lounge!    Very happy to see they will have Los Lobos & Q.  Onda sounds good but looking forward to seeing that menu. 

Can't wait to hear back from those who sail Encore before us.

• Onda by Scarpetta replaces La Cucina
• American Diner replaces Margaritaville
• Bigger Race Track now extending over the side of the ship
• Larger Laser-Tag area with different theme (one deck lower on the aft of the ship)
• New Virtual Reality Galaxy Pavilion (replacing the space previously occupied by Spice H2O)
• Larger Vibe Beach Club (extending up into the space previously occupied by Laser Tag)
• Kinky Boots and Choir of Man performances replacing Jersey Boys and Havana

This list is pretty comprehensive. The Encore is nearly identical to the Bliss. I would just add the Vibe area extending into what was previously a Haven Sundeck area and the (apparent) loss of mini-golf.

 

I did a deck by deck comparison of the 2 via deck plans, here are some of the differences in visual form (lighter color is the Bliss):

I could quite match these up but here the lower part of the speedway. Encore is on the left (with the new laser tag area) and the Bliss is on the right.

 

 

Deck 19

Sundecks

The Haven Sundeck on the right side remains unchanged, and shrunk on the Encore on the left side. The blue pen is the boundary on the Encore between the Haven Sundeck and Vibe, the red pen is the Bliss boundary between the Haven Sundeck and the Public Sundeck.

 

 

Racetrack

I think this is easier to see side by side. No mini-golf on Encore at this point...

The Laser Tag on Bliss becomes a Vibe area.
